Mobile Service Fees

Mobile service fees are based on the travel distance from PSS Screening Solutions, designated service-area reference point to the service location provided by the customer. PSS Screening Solutions will determine the applicable travel fee based on the service address submitted with the appointment request.

Group Testing

For 5 or more employees tested at the same location during one scheduled visit, the mobile service fee is waived. Regular per-test pricing and any applicable lab, MRO, after-hours, extended wait, or special collection fees still apply.

Extended Wait Time — First 30 minutes included; then $12.50 for each additional 15 minutes or portion thereof.

Important Pricing Information

Prices may vary based on collection requirements, travel distance, employer testing needs, laboratory requirements, after-hours service, and other special circumstances. Final pricing will be confirmed before service is provided.

Holiday Service Fee — $150. Applies to service performed during the following designated Holiday Service Periods, listed in calendar order: New Year’s, December 31–January 2; Martin Luther King Jr. Day weekend in January, Saturday through Monday; Memorial Day weekend in May, Friday through Monday; Juneteenth, June 18–20; Independence Day, July 3–5; Labor Day weekend in September, Friday through Monday; Thanksgiving in November, Wednesday through Sunday; and Christmas, December 24–26. This fee may be combined with Rapid Service, after-hours, and applicable travel or service-area fees.

Rapid Service is available for service needed within two hours. Rapid Service, after-hours, holiday, and applicable travel or service-area fees may be added. Service is not confirmed until PSS accepts the request, payment is completed, and final confirmation is provided.
