Welcome to PSS Screening Solutions, LLC. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website and the services available through it. By using this website, submitting a service request, or scheduling services with PSS Screening Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Services
PSS Screening Solutions, LLC provides mobile specimen collection and testing-related services, including drug testing, breath alcohol testing, DNA specimen collection, and collection-only support for businesses and testing providers. Services are subject to availability, location, applicable testing requirements, required credentials, and other service-specific conditions.
Service Requests and Appointments
Submitting a request through this website does not guarantee an appointment, acceptance of service, or immediate dispatch. A service request is confirmed only after PSS Screening Solutions accepts the request and provides confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, service-location, donor, scheduling, and testing information.
Rapid Service
Rapid Service is intended for service needed within two hours. Submission of a Rapid Service request does not guarantee acceptance or immediate dispatch. The two-hour service window begins only after PSS Screening Solutions accepts the request, required payment is completed, and confirmation is provided. Availability, travel distance, service type, and other conditions may affect acceptance.
Collection Partner Services
When PSS Screening Solutions provides collection-only services for a business, testing provider, or other organization, that organization remains responsible for its testing program, laboratory, Medical Review Officer (MRO), Custody and Control Form or electronic CCF system, testing authorization, and other program requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing. PSS Screening Solutions performs only the collection services specifically requested and accepted.
Service Area and Travel
Mobile service is subject to PSS Screening Solutions’ service area and availability. Travel or mobile-service fees may apply based on the collection location. Requests outside the standard service area may be declined.
Pricing and Payment
Prices shown on this website are subject to applicable service, travel, after-hours, holiday, waiting-time, observation, cancellation, or other disclosed fees. Unless otherwise arranged, payment may be required before dispatch or before services are performed. Additional charges that become necessary during an appointment may be collected before service continues.
All charges, including any additional fees incurred before, during, or after service, are due in full. Except when disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, or an authorized testing process, PSS Screening Solutions may withhold reports, results, certificates, and other client deliverables until the account balance has been paid in full.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Cancellation, rescheduling, late-cancellation, and no-show requirements are governed by the policies presented during the request or booking process. Scheduling changes must be submitted through the designated website process when required. Leaving a voicemail does not constitute a confirmed cancellation or rescheduling request.
Testing Procedures and Results
PSS Screening Solutions performs collection and testing-related services according to the procedures applicable to the service ordered. Laboratory analysis, result interpretation, Medical Review Officer (MRO) review, employer determinations, and other functions may be performed by independent third parties. PSS Screening Solutions does not guarantee a particular test result or outcome.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when requesting services and for following all instructions provided for the scheduled service. Delays, additional fees, or an inability to complete a service may result when required information, documentation, identification, access, or other necessary conditions are not available at the time of service.

PSS Screening Solutions is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, or service interruptions caused by independent third parties beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PSS Screening Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website; delays, cancellations, or interruptions outside its reasonable control; inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a customer, donor, employer, or other third party; or services performed by independent third parties.
